The primary purpose of applying test-design techniques is to get the data right to cover the requirements by tests.
We, as testers, use these techniques every day to understand the adequacy of test coverage of system requirements and service specifications. Techniques can help answer complex and controversial questions such as: "Are a lot of tests good or bad?", "Have we written all the tests for our service?", "Why do we take certain data for testing?".
At my workshop, I will talk about test design techniques and ways to combine data and demonstrate a test project using techniques for real-world requirements using Citrus Testing Framework (Java, Maven Builder, IntelliJ IDEA).
The workshop will be of interest to both manual testers and automators.
