On my talk I will cover by my experience the full IT software development procuring lifecycle from identifying the vendor till sunsetting the partnership by talking about identifying potential companies, specifying the need, running tenders, partnership building and management, common issues and different understandings. I will also touch on the topics of tooling, intellectual property rights, ways to eliminate unnesessary changes and waste, fluid communications between vendor and buyer.
