How to manoeuvre as test/QA responsible in agile teams to get the "right" product quality

In a complex online banking trading systems where Time to Market and very stable software are both important factors, the focus is very much on agility, quality and traceability at the same time.

We have been able to reduce time to mark so we are now releasing in two weeks sprints. This includes: baselining of complete test environments, testing, reporting and releasing. This is all done in close and very effective collaboration between teams in India and Denmark, resulting in very lean and effective development and test process, built around Microsoft development tools.
