You have probably already heard about Risk Based Testing but have you ever tried to implement it ?

Risk Based Testing is one of the Test Strategies available for you as a Tester or Test Manager.

Unfortunately it is not the most commonly used because most of the Test Managers feel more comfortable with a Specification Based Test Strategy.
